Questions families ask
Is my child's money real?
No. FamCoin tracks the pocket money you already give, so a child can learn saving, interest and investing without a real bank account or card. The funds are a simulation, on purpose.
What happens if I stop paying?
The family returns to the free plan. Nothing is deleted — every habit, transaction and reading stays, and the extra features simply switch off until you come back.
Is anything about her health locked behind the paid plan?
No, and it never will be. The sugar log, the insulin record, the daily checks, the alerts to a parent and the doctor report are on the free plan. Charging a family for a child's safety would be indefensible.
Do you sell data?
No. No ads, no trackers, no sharing. Health entries are used for your family's screens and your doctor's report, and for nothing else.
Can I export everything?
Yes. The bank statement and the 30-day health summary download as CSV, and you can ask for a full copy of your family's data at any time.
What if I need help?
Settings → Help creates a time-limited support key. Nobody at FamCoin can open your family without one, you can see every time it was used, and you can close it in a tap.
